Repair of Labelers

TST Graphic Solutions is proud to provide repair facilities here in Canada!

Please note that at this time we are only offering repair services on genuine Garvey Label Guns.  We are unable to fix other manufacturer’s labelers.

Labelers that are outside of the Garvey warranty period may be able to be repaired.
You, the customer, are responsible for sending the labeler to our plant for repair at your own expense.

All label guns submitted for repair must be sent with a roll of the labels that are currently being used with it.  This will allow us to properly test your unit.

Any warranty will be void if the labeler shows signs of abuse, is missing key components, has been modified from its original state or has utilized labels other than genuine Garvey labels.


Order Changes or Cancellations

Custom orders can not be cancelled after the order has been finalized.

On stock (non-custom) items, if you need to make changes to your order, after it has been confirmed, we will make every effort to accommodate your request, prior to production.

Additional fees may apply.  We will let you know what those fees may be before the order continues.

How do I pay for my order?

For the convenience of our customers we accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, Paypal and Interac bank transfer.

On pickup we can also accept cash, cheque and debit.

Account privileges will only be granted after a frequent buying pattern has been established and a full credit application has been completed and approved.

What is your return policy?

At TST Graphic Solutions we strive to deliver the highest quality products and best service to all of our customers.  If any part of your order is defective or incorrect please contact our office right away and we will correct it as soon as possible.
Please have your order info ready when you contact us so that we can quickly  find you in our system.  This should include our invoice number, your reference numbers, contact info and a detailed description of the problem.
We’ll make it right!

All returns must be in good condition and are subject to approval.

Returns must be made within 10 days of receiving your order.

A 25% restocking fee will be charged for non-defective items.

There is no return or refund on special order items.

Any items deemed unfit for resale will not be accepted for refund.

No refunds will be issued until the items have been received at our office and have been checked.

Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.

What can I put on a slug?

Slug imprints are limited to one line as outline below.

Slug for 18-6 Labeler        –  8 characters maximum

Slug for 22-6 Labeler        – 10 characters maximum

Slug for 25-9 Labeler        – 11 characters maximum

Slug for 37mm Labeler     – 14 characters maximum

NOTE:  Large characters such as ‘M’ or ‘W’ take up to 1.5 character spaces

Which Labelers are ‘slug’ compatible?

Slugs allow you to add your own message to your labeler and create a custom label without paying custom label prices.

Only one line G-Series and 1910 labelers can accept a custom slug.

How long will my order take?

In-stock items will be shipped within 2 business days from order approval.
Special order items may take longer to fulfill.
All special orders must be prepaid at order approval.

We place our orders on the 1st and 15th of the month.
If we do not have enough inventory on the shelf at the time you place your order, with your permission, we will ship what is available and back-order the remainder.
Once our order arrives, your items will be shipped as soon as possible.

If you need your items faster, we will confirm availability and delivery times.
Extra charges will apply.


TST Graphic Solutions primarily ships via Canada Post Expedited Parcel.
This gives our customers a trackable waybill number and service to anywhere on the continent.

All Garvey Label Guns are covered by a limited warranty as outlined below.  Labelers that fall outside the warranty period may be repairable for a fee.  Guns must be returned to TST Enterprises Inc. for repair.  Customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
